  • All products displayed are subject to availability.

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all details are error-free.

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS).

  • We accept payment via Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and cash on delivery (within selected locations).

  • Full payment  must be made before orders are dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or misrepresentation.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide in Ghana. Delivery timelines vary by region:

    • Accra & Tema: 1–2 working days

    • Other regions: 2–5 working days

  • Delivery fees are based on location and weight of items.

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes) are not our responsibility.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with a valid receipt.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., diapers, feeding bottles, underwear) are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, text, logos, and graphics—is the property of Plusmothercare.com and protected under Ghanaian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

8. User Accounts

  • Users may be required to register to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
